Hi ! I have corrected my work. First time I have ever seen that editing program. Works great. Do I just share the manuscript when I get done? Let me know if you received it. Thanks. Oh, should I add book title at the top ?

Oh, should I add book title at the top ? Hi Alan: So glad the program worked for you! Let me go over to my email and see what it looks like. Because if you made revisions, I should be able to take the revised document and download it to my pc in order to format it. I'll get back to you if I have any more questions. Keep writing, Ria

Hello SWF Anthology Volunteers:
Sorry, I have been offline for a bit.
It appears that authors and reviewers like sharing word docs through Google´s share program.
As the aggregator, I am having problems with it but it's primarily due to unfamiliarity with the software.
While I have just begun to gather the submissions, I will touch base with the authors as I go.
Once I have the submissions collected in a draft format, I hope the authors won't mind taking a second look at their pieces because errors may have been introduced through the process.
I hope everyone is enjoying the weather, no matter where you are.
I will provide updates as the process moves forward.
Thanks again for everyone's help.
More later, take care, Ria

Smashwords Forum Anthology Update
Hello SWFers:
Sorry to say, there is going to be a delay in formatting the anthology.
Several personal issues have arisen that have taken up a lot of time.
My revised due date of the formatted eBook anthology is mid-October. This is just the rough, not the final with cover etc.
Hope to be able to provide more info in the near future..
Keep writing, Ria

Don't worry, Ria. I'm not ready with the cover anyway. My friend's got personal stuff on his plate too before he'll be able to get to it.

Hope everything works out on the personal front, Ria (and for your friend, Serban). Life always manages to get in the way!

Ok, time for feedback. A little too grim, right?

I'm fairly neutral with it. Color is a bit grim, SWF should be Smashwords Writers Forum. I like the font type but perhaps not capitalization of author name, and the eye - which to me signifies horror- is the main focus of the entire artwork. The owl gets lost. But yes, I'm neutral.

I could live with it, but it DOES feel like a horror cover to me.

I will forward feedback obtained here on Friday to my friend. I originally gave him instructions for the cover to look 180 degrees differently than it does now, ^_^, but he took matters into his own hands. (These artists, lol). Also, he didn't get in touch with me on trillian to ask me stuff when he started on it. He has a pretty long day job, he repairs broken appliances at a repair company, and on the weekends he needs to commute.

A little late to the game, but I agree with comments about the eye: gives off a horror vibe which is misleading regarding the contents (which is predominantly fantasy as it happens). SWF should also be spelled out. I'm ok with the color. Good first attempt. Please pass along our thanks to your friend.

Hola SWFers:
I am back. So sorry for the delay.
OMG, I got swamped with some planned and major unplanned personal projects and health issues.
After all that, I finally got some good sleep, clean clothes and the house is back in order. So, I am ready to go with the anthology.
Re: SWF Anthology Cover
I actually like the cover but would like to see some other design ideas.
More on that later.
Will keep you posted on the status of the formatting job.
