I normally sell very well in Apple, but my report isn't showing any just now. Have my books stopped selling, or is this a glitch?

Let me ask my question a different way.
Is anyone showing sales in Apple for July? If so, I will email Smashwords to see what happened to mine. I show the last update is August 4.

Email Smashwords. I did.
I have zero Apple sales for July, but June, August, and September are there.

Same problem here. No sales reports show up. Latest is August 4 as well. I emailed them a few days ago, but haven't received a response. And I know I had at least 2 sales

Oh good, it's not just me. Something is very wrong at Smashwords. Kobo hasn't paid since May, Sony won't post all my books and now Apple isn't reporting. Maybe Smashwords is finally changing their report system. We can only hope.

Smashwords can't afford any bad publicity so I'm sure they will look at any royalty question and do their due diligence.

I'm also missing sales from Apple. I had quite a few in June and more in August, but nothing in July. Thanks for bringing this up, I hadn't noticed until now!

I have 2 reports in June, dated on the 2nd and the 30th. So the 30th you can count for July I think.
These are my dates: May 5 June 2 June 30 August 4
But the reports for September are really late and I haven't received a response from SW yet.

Mandyb10, look on your sales record page. That will have the information you need. Smashwords doesn't supply daily/weekly reports like Amazon, the reason being retailers don't provide instant sales reports to Smashwords. Mark is working on synching sales reporting systems with the retailers but it will take time.

Thanks Ted, I see what you're saying. What I wrote down were the Sales and Payment. But I see that reports from Apple are updated on September 1st. Makes it even more strange, because I know I had sales. None of my books have any sales listed.

Mark did post that they were having trouble with email notifications. I got two yesterday, so I know they're trying to work that out. Maybe that problem is connected to the sales reports.
I know the Amazon exclusive thing threw Smashwords into a mess when authors began to pull their books. I suspect half of them came back and added to the normal daily numbers. Maybe they just got overloaded. I have every confidence it will all get fixed. It's just a question of when.

I just saw my Sept. 1 Apple report on the Dashboard today. So they must be a few weeks behind. I had been checking everyday and today was the first I saw the update.

Mandyb10, download your 2012 sales spreadsheet, perform a sort on 'retailer', then check the 'date' column and see if July (7) appears. If sales appear then everything is normal.
I checked my sales and found nothing for July from Apple, but other retailers all showed sales. Maybe July was just a terrible month for me at Apple.

Hi Ted, I have sales from Apple on June 2nd and June 30th. I assume the last ones are the ones for July. I can't compare to the other retailers because I never receive sales from any retailers except from Apple. Only one from Kobo this year (February)
Do you have two reports in June?
