Mandyb10, where exactly do you find the two June sales and which retailers are distributing your work or works and are they through Smashwords?
Your excel spreadsheet for 2012 should list every sale. If it shows only 2 sales for Apple in June, one of June 2 and the other on June 30, then neither of these are July sales. July sales will be indicated by the number 7 in the month portion (23/07/2012) of the date column.

I'm really confused. I think July is missing, but I do have sales marked Aug. 4. Before that, the Apple sales say June. I don't know which month means what, but none of them are marked July.

No. Apple's latest report is September 1st according to the Sales report page. The latest sales from Apple on my 2012 report are all dated Sept 1.
