I have done it over and over again. Autovetter says I have fonts>18 and this is untrue. My font default is 12, Also this error about a copyright page. I cant understand what the error is, but the latest copyright error says among other things that I have not added "Smashwords Edition" and of course I have added that. Errors that dont exist cant be corrected. I also made an epub version on Sigil which said on Flightcrew is was "error free". That too was not accepted so I was confounded,
Once a lady answered from smashwords customer service saying sometimes the autovetter team will accept it with the mistake because there is no mistake. She did not get back to me and this is not happening, as I have tried and tried since July this year.
I had also obtained the list of people from list@smashwords.com but under each persons name it says they design book covers and does not mention formatting.
I'd also tried to unpublish as it was useless on smashwords and tried to go to Booktango, but even though I had unpublished with smashwords they would not accept and a customer service lady sent her personal number for a chat about copyright issues. I dont know what issues, and how to prove I have unpublished at smashwords so I decided to come back to smashwords as that customer service lady said the Autovetter team would accept it
I find myself facing an excessive amount of difficulty I am beginning to entertain paranoid fears that I am banned secretly from every site on the planet without any of them even showing a sign I am banned?
Will someone reply please and dispel my fears?

Smashwords provides a list of people offering formatting services at this link. List includes people offering formatting service in several languages besides English. Your book has been rejected by both Smashwords and Booktango for copyright issues. I strongly suggest you contact one of the people on the list above and seek their guidance in resolving your problems.

Even though you believe you don't have fonts with a size of more than 18pt, if you have produced your book in MS Word it may have included a style with a font size bigger than that. I suggest you check the settings of the Title style. If you used it and didn't modify it's size to be 18pt or less then that will be your problem. It's not enough to change the size of the title by selecting it and reducing the size of text using the font size section of the toolbar.
