I'm hoping you can help me figure this out. I have several books on SW, but I haven't figured out how to add up the number of each sold through the sites SW distributes to, without adding them up by hand. Do you know of a better way?

Hi Marti,
Smashwords has a quarterly report that will do just what you want, but it won't have anything for 2012 yet as the first quarter data won't be available until April sometime.
For sales data up to Dec 30, 2011, go to your Dashboard, click on the Sales & Payment report.
Under "Choose a Year" click on the year you want, in this case 2011 is the latest data available at this date. Then click on "Quarterly Earnings Mapping Report".
When that page opens you'll see two areas, one with all the retailers, one with all your books. You can then do what you want using that tool.

Thanks Ted. I suppose I could copy and paste into a spread sheet. I'll try that next time I feel like fooling around with something.
