Hi,
My file passed the meatgrinder, but the notification reminded me that I needed a copyright page. So I went back and added that page and now ... the document fails the meatgrinder on Kindle and everything past that.
From what I can see, the copyright page is correctly formatted to the standard of the rest of the document.
Nothing seems to be working. Should I just nuke everything?
Thanks!

Was there any message as to why it failed? Have you used the hide/show function in Word to look for extra tabs and other non-printing characters? Did you use odd fonts or large font size on the copyright page?

Thanks for your reply. I checked for any odd characters. Nothing there. Only those pilcrow signs.
I used the same font and size throughout the entire document, including the copyright page.
It must be something so small that I have missed, as I'm only adding a few lines of copyright info to the file, and suddenly that makes the difference between pass and fail.

If you haven't already, take a look in the FAQ's on Smashwords, the "How do I fix the "Copyright Error" message AutoVetter is giving me?" section.
