That pretty much sums it up. My book was shipped to both Kobo and B&N and failed to appear on their sites for about a week each. After that time period, I checked the channel manager and saw that now instead of listing as shipped, the book was listed as "will be shipped" for those two retailers. I e-mailed the SW support, but they haven't gotten back to me in the past with some issues. Has anyone else had this shipped/will be shipped problem? Thanks.

Did you make any changes in the meantime? For example, if you change the price of a book or change the description or upload a new version, the status will change from shipped to will ship.

Nope, I didn't make any changes that would cause an issue. I may have messed around with the price a bit when I was having issues with Kobo, but it didn't re-ship after that. Support actually got back to me and told me that Kobo and B&N have been having ingestion issues lately and everything should be worked out by the end of the week. So that's good.

Yep, the same thing happened to me. Shown as shipped to Kobo and then a few days later this was changed to will ship. Coming up to 2 months now and still not listed at Kobo (but to be fair there were some changes in the early days).
