Hi, can you tell me why my account hasn’t changed. The numbers haven’t been updated in almost 10 days and I still have one of my premium books that I added a new cover to still saying 'it needs submission.’ This is the third message I have sent with no reply so far. Has the account been frozen for some reason?
Cheers Kevin

Is the Needs Submission a link? What happens when you click on it?
It sounds like you may not have clicked on the Submit button after uploading new cover. If you did, then click on the "Details" link for your work needing submission and see what it says.
Did you add an ISBN? Did you read the FAQ's on your Dashboard?

NCX ERROR IN EPUB - If you have an NCX issue, first download and install Adobe Digital Editions(click to download), a popular e-reading app. This makes it easy to view and check your NCX. Next, see Step 20 in the newly revised Smashwords Style Guide for troubleshooting tips that will help you construct both your ToC and your NCX.
I don't understand the reason for this, this book has successfully been premium before. do you know the reason the three questions I have asked about my account haven't been answered.

Your TOC failed to meet the requirements for ePub, which, like all ebook formats, is constantly being updated. The reason it failed may also be due to more stringent ePub requirements from Apple or Barnes and Noble as they bring out newer and more powerful devices.
Although your ebook was in Premium before, it is a good to update your work to ensure it meets the standards required by the Premium retailers.
I wouldn't expect a reply from Smashwords to your 3 queries, as it appears at this point in time that the problem lies in the formatting of your ebook.
Recheck your TOC links and bookmarks. I always create my TOC manually and have never had a problem. I don't use Headers or anything like that, just Bold type for chapter titles and center them.
I don't use Adobe Digital Editions to check my work, as I've found it can be unreliable at times. Get a copy of Calibre ebook management.

OK, thanks, not sure why it would suddenly fail now, it has happened to another book as well. Both have passed the auto vetting and both books were formatted by Jacob.

I'd go to the source of the problem and ask Jacob what does and doesn't work with the ePub 3 standard in your ebook. Obviously he's done something wrong with the TOC.
There was a bug back in February with vetter giving false notice of epub error, but that's been corrected.
Books that passed auto-vetting previously will fail now if formatting doesn't match current ePub standards required by Apple and others. Make sure you and Jacob have the latest version of the Style Guide, as it is constantly evolving to match present ebook formats & retailers demands.
