Hi all, just me again. How do you find out about your Premium sales. Do they show up as part of the dash board or do I have to look somewhere else.

Periodically, Smashwords will update your total on the dashboard to reflect those premium sales. When they do, you can click on Sales and Payment Report to view the data. At the top of the page, you can select a 2012 report or a quarterly report.
There is a chart on the Sales & Payment page (at the bottom) that reveals the date that each retailer has updated through. That same information is repeated on the 2012 report page, along with better detail as to what titles have sold through each retailer.
Keep in mind that the data is not in real time. It is just updated through a given date. Only Smashwords data is in real time. For example, my Barnes & Noble data includes sales through April 30th, while Apple is only through May 5th.)

How often do the retailer sales update? I know the actual amounts aren't in time with the sales report, but I was just wondering if they updated the actual sales monthly or how often. I see the dates for when they've been updated through now, but for instance Kobo says it is updated through May 31, 2012, so can I expect to see the update through June 31, 2012 any day now? Apple is updated through June 2, so will there be an update soon through Jul 2? Or how often should I expect to see them? My books were only listed through the distributed markets for a couple days of the last update, and had a couple of sales, but I've seen rankings moving on Kobo and am curious to see what that amounts to in sales.

Reports from retailers are irregular at this time and are one matter Mark is working to improve. He reported earlier that the goal is almost instantaneous updates between retailers and Smashwords. I'm expecting that will be closer to 1-2 day lag between sale and reported sale.
