I'm dissatisfied with the newer, more compact format for this forum. As a near daily visitor to the forum I am finding this new format to be difficult to navigate - my primary complaint is that I don't know where much is anymore.
I wish we could go back to the old format. What is so hard about scrolling down to find a topic? Now we must click through layers to find what we are after. Newbies might not bother and new topics will be missed by even us seasoned forumsters. I'm afraid a lot will be missed with the new layout.
This is just my humble opinion. Perhaps a poll on the topic could be conducted.
PS I still appreciate all well intended efforts to make the forum a better place.

Do you like looking at old topics or new? Personally I like to look at the new comments that people are writing. I just find it easier to click on the NEW TOPICS button at the top of the page and then I don't miss anything new. Have you tried that yet?

No, I haven't tried clicking on "New Topics". My routine is to click on "Last 10 posts" (or the link that says something like that). I'll try your idea. Thanks!
