Being an insufferable 'clever clogs' I've been posting answers on Quora for a while now on all sorts of questions. A while ago I was invited to their partner program and I'm now getting more money from that than I do from Smashwords!
Quora doesn't like blatant promotion. That's understandable. In fact you need to be very careful about adding links to other web pages. You can slip in a few 'more details' links pointing to blog pages though. Since I answer quite a few author questions (and write a few anonymous ones) I add the occasional link to my Author! Author! blog.
Anyone else a Quora Partner?

Jaydax, other than the Partner program, do you find the discussions useful?

I answer a lot more questions than I ask. Occasionally I use it to pick the brains of people there. For example "Can I use a windscreen (windshield) repair kit to repair a cracked smartphone screen?"

And, just out of curiosity, can you? My husband's phone is in that condition. (I was going to say "my husband's screen is cracked" then thought better of it)😁

It's been a while since I cracked a phone screen so I can't say I've tried this. However a screen repair kit costs $5 or less and I think it might be worth a try.

Thanks. Next time he says, "I've got to get this screen fixed" which is at least once a week, I'll let him know.
