Hello, my word document made it through the meat grinder successfully and looks pretty good. However, although the word doc is left aligned text for main body, and I have ticked the 'don't hyphenate' in the paragraphs box, the final smashwords result is justified text and hyphenated word breaks. Can anyone suggest what I might try? Thank you - any help much appreciated.

Ebooks allow users to adjust font size and ebooks may be displayed on various sizes of screens, so hyphens may appear in an ebook even though your original MSWord document was set for 'don't hyphenate'.
There may be some special coding you could apply to the epub file, but you would need a program like Calibre to dig into the coding and find the location(s) to place instructions for the display to 'don't hyphenate'.
