Lots of good stuff for authors at the 2015 IndieRecon convention. Most of the talks/sessions are now available to the public in text or video. Here is the link to the Pinterest for Authors article from IndieRecon 2015.

I’ve been using Pinterest for my books for a while. I show covers and also Tweets which use graphics there. I’m not at all sure how much traffic or sales I get from it though. Tracking visitors to my website from Pinterest is no problem but what of those which go to Amazon, B&N, iTunes etc is a different matter. Does Pinterest have a tracking facility I’ve missed or perhaps we should be using a link shortener which allows customisation. Anyone got any ideas on this? My boards? shows promotional images and shows covers

Great article, Ted.
I opened a pinterest account but more as placeholder than a active account, it's not my cup of tea (yet).

I know Pinterest is popular, but I haven't noticed a lot of noise about it in the press, certainly not on the level of Twitter. I was wondering if things had slowed down a bit, like membership, participation.
