iTunes (book not filtered down yet)

I have a free book that I have dual-classified as Erotica and Adventure (there are a couple of heavy sex scenes). It was approved for Premium Catalog on 19th March and sent to Apple on "2012-03-20"

It is still not on iTunes but is on most of the other stores. The Channel Dashboard says it is normally within a week.

Is anyone else having this problem?

My experience with Apple is that it can take much longer than a week to get books listed. Some of my ebooks approved for Premium Distribution in Jan or Feb of 2012 still haven't appeared on Apple.
