Upload a MSWord .doc file instead of your ePub file. In short, on line 72 of your file, at Position 32, there is the attribute "start" which should not be there. Remove it and replace with one of the expected attributes listed. Coding for ePub requires understanding of XHTML, CSS, XML. Google tutorials for each coding language. A good place to start understanding ePub coding is.... www.jedisaber.com/eBooks/Introduction.shtml

You can use Sigil (Free download at code.google.com/p/sigil/) to examine your code. Copy lines 70 to 75 and post them if you can't figure out what's wrong.)

If you do download Sigil (or Calibre) Just beware of the bogus download button you may see at the right of the page.

Your first page doesn't follow the Style Guide for how to layout the front matter, and this will cause the copyright error you keep getting. Re-read and follow the instructions for the copyright page as described at "21b - Title and Copyright Page (REQUIRED)" in the Style Guide.
If you are still unsure of how to layout the front matter after re-reading Style Guide, then view samples of several authors on Smashwords to see how they layout the copyright page and do other formatting.
Your MSWord .doc file has a layout as if it were a printed book instead of an ebook. You have far too much white space between one topic and the next, and chapter headings have all caps which are not necessary for Chapter Titles. For example, "THE ROLE OF YOUTH" could be changed to "The Role Of Youth"
Your "THE ROLE OF YOUTH" page contains one paragraph and nothing else but white space, then the next page contains your next Chapter Heading "THE EVIL-PLANNING OF THE ENEMIES OF ALLAH". This page is better in that it fills about 3/4 of the page with type.
But then the next page contains the Chapter Heading "THE EFFECT OF THE EVIL PLANNING OF THE ENEMY", which is almost exactly the same Chapter Heading as the page before it and contains only 2 short paragraphs on the whole page.
Re-read the Style Guide and follow the instructions for formatting your book, view samples of Copyright layout by other Smashwords authors, and you may have to nuke your book and start over again if you get another epub validation warning.
The problem isn't with Smashwords or the autovetter but with your formatting.
