Three books are fine, for one I get this error... Needs modification Problems were found in review There is a problem with your Table of Contents. If you review your converted Epub version, you will see that some of the links do not appear in the Epub's NCX(Built in Table of Contents). The updated Smashwords Style Guide's Step 20 has troubleshooting tips and screen shots. Common causes: Hidden bookmarks, improperly formed bookmarks, or bad or missing ToC hyperlinks. You can view your EPUB by downloading a free copy of Adobe Digital Editions from here: www.adobe.com/products/digital-editions.html, then download your Epub from your Smashwords book's page. ||| Now maybe I'm wrong but I thought using the linked TOC meant that meatgrinder would simply use those, but no - it seems to still build the table according to its own rules. For a start it's added a new first entry to the NCX (Part Two. From the title page "Dark Soul Silenced - Part Two"). Now I know this isn't the cause of the problem as it also did the same for Dark Soul Silenced - Part One and that has been accepted. The problem appears to come from the initial section titled "Important Note" (telling people this is the concluding part of a story and that they should read part one first). It's correctly linked through the TOC but seems to be ignored as it doesn't contain the name "chapter" or "part". Everything else linked OK. Short term fix will be to delete the link to that page, but can anyone shed some more light on how the NCX is built when you setup a linked table of contents? Thanks, Simon
