I must be a moron, but I can't see what the problem is. Half your luck.
But when you click on the linking chapters in the table of contents side bar you often get sent to the beginning of the first paragraph of the chapter rather than the chapter number and name. By click the back page button you go back, but this doesn't seem an ideal situation.
This is a problem with Meat Grinder where it formats beautifully for epub, but doesn't for mobi. I haven't got an answer to this problem yet as it doesn't seem possible to use Meat Grinder to format separately for mobi files that come from Smashwords.

That's the way ebooks work. They often take you to the first sentence in a Chapter you've linked to the TOC. What do you want to do? Read the title again after clicking on the TOC link to that chapter, or go right to the first sentence in that chapter?
The problem with TOC linkage isn't the Meatgrinder. It's the way ebooks work.
As for mobi files, if you really want to fix your mobi file then reread the Style Guide or search our forums for formatting solutions for mobi.
