My book includes a number of words and phrases that may not be familiar to most readers. It's been suggested I include a glossary. I've drafted one using tabs between each word, its phonetic pronunciation and its definition.
The Style Guide's only conspicuous reference to tabs was regarding first line indents - a completely different creature. Would appreciate some guidance from anyone who's used tabs in such a context, has created a glossary, or any similar layout with successful results.

You could try setting it in a two column table.

I might try making it a picture. You could keep any formatting you want that way.

Julie. Three columns actually. I thought there was some discussion on this forum about how Meatgrinder likes to eat tables. I could have misunderstood, though. David. I'll experiment with that. png format, if I'm reading related posts correctly. Neither mentioned tabs, so I'm going to assume they are impractical in any case. Thank you, both.
