It is currently in beta, but the free tool generates animated banners, in various sizes, for Smashwords books. You can create one for a single book, or for an author featuring several books.

Once you've created the banner you need to save it locally to use (or upload to your own webspace/ad campaign). We don't currently store them.
This obviously has no affiliate link, but we are currently trying to cover a growing shortfall on bandwidth, so if anyone wants to add ours to their banner link, we'd be grateful.
