I love this beer commercial.
Fantastic! The signer reminded me of Amy Winehouse, but Amy was much sultrier.

Glad you enjoyed it. Singer does look like Amy now that you mention it. Thanks.
My blog is hosted for free on wordpress.com. I wanted to upload videos to it but had to upgrade to a fee based plan. I shopped around and settled on another company to host my blog so I can upload more videos directly to the site and not have to provide a link only. Been with wordpress.com since 2010 and love it, but free does have its limitations there just like on this forum.

I had to upgrade my own site from free to paid (and it's not much, about $100/year) on Wix.com. I was running out of bandwidth on imagery. I've added several more pages since you visited. Check it out again sometime if you wish, Ted, I'd appreciate your opinion on how it's progressing!

Hi Chris. Took a look at your site and it's quite clean in my opinion. www.chrisladamsbizarretales.com/I don't have a mobile device to view your site so I can't say how it looks from that aspect. I've never been a big fan of navbar font colour being close to background, being a bit more brassy guy myself. I would like to hear comments from members with mobile devices on how your site looks on different mobile stuff. You have a great amount of amazing artwork and I can spend a lot of time enjoying scrolling through everything. Everything loads pretty quick on my desktop with Firefox. I switched to inmotion hosting for wordpress for about $8.00/month. 40G SSD storage, unlimited bandwidth and email accounts. They say it's good for about 20,000 visitors a month and you can exceed that without any penalty. I've used inmotion hosting for a friends' knitting site and they were superb.

I created the site primarily to promote my writings, but also use it to host other interests - book collecting, painting, etc. I only recently added the section News & Items of Note to the homepage. I plan to only allow it to grow to maybe 5 or 6 items, before relegating the older posts to an Archive page. I started to just make a new page, but this will allow me to keep the homepage short, while leaving access to those other items. I put a lot of time into the photography and digital work on the Book Collecting Oddities page, but really need to step that up a notch. It's been awhile since I added a new item. I just finished a sweet Tarzan painting that I'm dying to add to the Fantasy Art page, but it's been accepted to a Burroughs fanzine, who gets to publish it first. After that issue comes out, I'll post that new fantasy painting. But that will be awhile. I might actually have painted one or two additional ones before publication occurs, as it's probably not to happen till summer or fall. Also, our writing group on Goodreads is preparing to begin another discussion, and I have been typically adding these on the Written Gems page, with links. I need to get busy! <Edit> I took your advice on the Nav Menu and made it a brighter color. Stands out much better. I also realized the header wasn't fixed in place, so I 'froze' it. That way you don't have to scroll up or hit Ctl+Home to get back to the NavBar. It's always visible now.

Hola Chris:Do you sleep? :-)I have been struggling to organize my "writing" time. When I see you are taking pro photos, creating paintings, writing poetry and stories, publishing on your website and maintaining a relationship, my head spins. What is your day like? You have a job right? Just joshing, but you are prolific. My day is usually pretty busy! I work in IS -- I program, write/sort/query data, write logic, create documentation Etc. It can be monotonous. I guess that's why I enjoy my hobbies so much. My wife also paints (teaches paint classes once or twice a month), so she understands my creative habit. The website stuff I don't really devote much time per month on. I probably don't update it often enough. Or my Goodreads blog. As for my writing, I've slacked off of late. Other than a couple poems, I've been focused on some Mars novels ERB Inc is going to publish (mentioned previously, I believe). I'm now having to split each one in half due to length, which is going to leave me with 6 books, versus 3. The work isn't bad, and I'm taking advantage of the time to give them a polish as it's been a couple years since I worked on them, now. I have a story in my Tales of the Tomahawk series that is about 3/4 written that I need to finish, but I keep getting dragged away from it to do other writing or painting projects. So, I'm really looking forward to things slowing down so I can get back on it. My goal is to finish it and do a poetry album this year if that's possible. I just can't take any more painting commissions. I have a few paintings I'm wanting to do of my own and it eats up so much time doing them for someone else. I really was tickled with how the latest fantasy map turned out, tho. Thanks, Ria!
