A sucker for punishment, I have suggested a communal book to smash. I once took part in such a group project with bizarre results. I think it is still out there called The Trouble with Thorndyke. I also have a thing out called "don't email when drunk" where anyone could add something if they wanted. Nobody ever did.
After several beers last night, whilst working on my version of the Dorian Grey picture, I made the suggestion to smash. that if I do first chapter of a novel and knock up a cover, can it be set up exclusively with smash so it can be added to by aspiring writers. Awaiting for response. It needs something set up so potential contributers who may be readers as well as writers, don't need to formally have accounts with smash. I'm expecting a "Too hard" response but should it be possible, would anyone here like to add a chapter??

Very fun over a pint. Haven't done a story yet, though.

Thanks, Chris. Just had a message from smash saying the idea has "gone upstairs" which is possibly where they keep the too hard basket. I have some vague ideas for a story which I have made a stab at. A mystery. Main character is called Keziah, a name I noticed walking the dog around the local cemetery. I've had a fun day working on latest book and painting Dorian Grey.

One of the characters' names, a little girl, is Keziah. They call her Kezzie.
