I feel so lonely. No one has approached me about making a movie. I guess they're just puzzled by my ebooks. I feel your works might be more translatable to the game show format. I see you as the affable host with an extremely bodacious co-host workin' the puzzles. We just need to work out the little details like sponsors and such. What could we call your show? I was thinking Tedoku? -T-E -D-O -K-U !!!

I know Zon works in mysterious ways, but I'm confused by this. Craggy #1 should be perma free. Most of you know how hard it is to get a book perma free, but I did eventually manage it. They just don't trust Indies to be in charge of our own destiny. Now the price is back on, BUT it is still showing in the freebie rankings, not paid sales. This is same for U K and .com. At least I made a couple of $ out of it. Does this messing about happen to you?

Naw. It's just me in my old age. Still a freebie, but it threw me to see a price on it which wasn't there before.

Dunno why, but Barnes and Noble readers have lately been gobbling up my "Explain THAT to a Martian" stories. Just a bit of fun, a man explaining to a friendly alien the foibles of the human race. The hero is a writer who drinks, so I didn't have to look far for a role model. As the world becomes increasingly depressing, I find people appreciate something to lift them out of the mire. Just a little silliness to put aside their woes and the daily grind for a moment. So maybe sprinkle a little sunshine in your stories. There's a demand.

Don't spread your secret too far and wide though or you'll have all those zombie/PA/shifter/billionaire romance authors shifting into the sunny-upbeat genre. They'll flood the market and there goes your niche.

I was watching a trailer for the latest Planet of the Apes series and wondered how long it would be before someone wrote a book about apes replacing powerful political figures. Then zombies could chase the apes through government buildings, conventions, town hall meetings etc. All the while Matthew McConaughey saunters around in his Lincoln.

A co-worker I sit beside experienced the McConaughey bull commercial first hand this past weekend - bull in the road, won't move, she nudges it w/ her grill to get it to get outta the way. Hehe - hilarious. Gotta love rural Virginia. Speaking of political fun, a guitar jamming buddy of mine sent me this link.. Turns out Trump and Kim Jong are jamming buddies - crazy. Who'd a thunk?

I'd vote for them. A pity the real world leaders aren't as cool.

Very nice editing. I didn't know Donald had such big hands. They look so much smaller on TV.

Still dreaming of fame and fortune. Just had an email from smash telling me a whole $1.79 has been sent. Just about pays for one can of cheap beer. Cheers!
Sales, such as they are, are on balance, more forthcoming from my non-amazon outlets. If things don't pick up soon, I'll be forced to cut down my drinking. Did I just say that? I must still be sober...

Gary, thanks for the link. I love that painting. :-)
I have seen spraypainting using a plastic plate to create/block a scifi scene before, but i love the way he created the sail ship, waterfall, and clouds. The clouds tied the ship and planet and falls together.

I think it goes to show art is all in the eye of the beholder. (Or beer holder in my case) I had no idea where that video was going but it was fun to watch. The art dreamers facebook thing is worth checking out. The breadth of talent and diverse work is amazing. I recommend it.
